Dr.Rusk is one of the worst physicians I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Dr. Rusk nearly refused to give my mother a test that she was specifically transferred for. He did not do a physical exam. He talked down to the other patient in the room and left my mom without any answers or relief of her ailments. He should not be a physician if he does not want to take the time to care for his patients. Spectrum Health needs to do better.
