Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I went to Athletico Cascade for a free assessment on my shoulder. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. I’d recommend this Athletico to any of my friends and family

I have had knee problems for years and it has caused me to avoid many activities I enjoy. After being recommended to this Athletico location by their team member Claire, she told me about the opportunity to get a free assessment (yes, it’s actually free with no hidden fees). It was very convenient to set up an appointment time and they got me in easily with short notice. While waiting and completing brief paperwork, the Patient Experience Coordinator Catie was very approachable and friendly at the front desk. Scott completed an assessment on my knee by asking my history, aggravating factors, guiding me through various movements to see how I tolerated them, and observing/feeling how my body responded to specific movements. The assessment didn’t take long and he clearly explained what he suspected was wrong, exercises to avoid, exercises that would help, and his long term plan for me. Within a few hours, he texted me an exercise plan to help me strengthen my hip flexors. The exercises were conveniently on an app with descriptions and example videos with proper form. He also followed up with me over email to ensure I received the exercises and even offered me equipment I need for the exercises. I completed the exercises and it felt great to finally be back to strength training without feeling knee pain! If you’re thinking about going to this Athletico to figure out and resolve a problem you’ve been having, I definitely recommend it.

I had nothing but great experiences here. Every visit was pleasant and I enjoyed meeting all of the amazing employees there. I would recommend this location without reservation.

This location is great! Scott and his team were friendly, listened to all questions and concerns I had. I went in for an evaluation and left that day with knowledge of what is causing some need pain and solutions to address it. Since then, I’ve incorporated the recommended exercises. They have reduced pain and strengthened my knee in ways I wasn’t previously accomplishing at the gym on my own. I will be headed here for any future help!

I was referred to Athletico (Cascade) physical therapy by my surgeon. I originally was referred there last year in June for an Achilles rupture. I can say I was a little hesitant about going to this location due to distance, but I heard and read many great things about this young PT man name Scott Snyder. So I gave in and came to the Cascade location. Best decision ever!! He is a great guy, funny and knows his stuff. If your having a bad day Scott will do what he can to brighten up your mood. The staff there is every welcoming. Catie is always doing an amazing job and is alway on top of job.She alway has a beautiful smile when you come into the door. Scheduling is alway flexible and they will work with you. I would recommend going to Athletico (Cascade) to everyone I know (including my dogs lol) NO they don't see dogs.
