Had two pregnancies with Dr. Bolin Richards and she was wonderful! Very caring and willing to listen and make sure my first baby was watched closely early on when needed. I can not recommend her enough!

Dr. Bollin-Richards was a wonderful provider from start to finish during my first pregnancy. She's personable & always took the time to listen to my questions & concerns at every appointment. The care & encouragement she provided during my delivery is something I'll always remember. Grateful to have her as my doctor.

For 15 years I have been a patient of Dr. Bollin-Richards who is an outstanding obstetrician and gynecologist. She diagnosed my rare condition on the 1st visit, whereas 3 other MD's, including OBGYN's, for over a decade had not. When I was hospitalized with a serious illness she made professional visits, even though she was not obligated to do so. I highly recommend her as a medical doctor of the finest distinction. We are so fortunate to have a prossional of this caliber practicing in West Michigan.

Dr. Bollin-Richards suggested my partner get a c section at 37 weeks. She would not tell us exactly why or elaborate. She is pretty stuck in her ways. She said it was needed but after a 2nd opinion, it was said that a c section wasn't needed. Our 2nd doctor consulted with Dr. Bollin-Richards, but after he told her his opinion, she didn't want to be our doctor anymore. That is after being our doctor for the whole pregnancy. Super unprofessional and risking women's lives for no reason. 0/5 would not recommend. Dr. Bollin-Richards suggested my partner get a c section at 37 weeks. I had a great experience with Dr. Bollin-Richards. I was referred to her office when my primary doctor was not able to place my IUD. The office was so friendly and welcoming the moment I walked through the elevator. It was a very welcoming and safe environment for women, something I've never felt before in a medical office. The nurse on duty was very kind and patient with me, accessing all of my concerns and nerves before the IUD insertion. I had a consultation first with Dr. Bollin-Richards, and the next procedure it was placed. It was a bit confusing with when I would be having the procedure, but nothing against her for it. The procedure was very painful and tough, but Dr. Bollin-Richards was very kind with me, asking if I needed a break and helping me through the pain the best she could. I have had no complications and I am so happy with my decision to get the IUD (5 years of not worrying!) I wish Dr. Bollin-Richards could be my primary doctor! I would definitely recommend her.

Extremely sweet, I always feel comfortable with Dr. Bollion Richards and she is very knowledgeable and reassuring! I truly appreciate her as a doctor and she will be my OBGYN taking care of me while pregnant with 3 babies now.

I have been seeing Dr. Bollin-Richards since summer of 2015. She has been my physician through the pregnancy and birth of my first child, a second pregnancy that ended in miscarriage and is currently my physician for my third pregnancy. She has always been kind, patient and interested in what I have been going through in my journey through pregnancy and motherhood. I never felt rushed, I always feel supported and she is knowledgeable about her profession. I feel comfortable in her care.

Awful birth experience with her. She was rude to us and did not listen to our concerns. Forced us into a csection for no reason. Baby was fine and so was I but my son's heart rate dropped at one point due to me being in an unfavorable position. She was very busy. Lots of babies being born that day. We felt like she forced us into csection because it was convenient for her schedule at the moment. She made our experience awful. I am still struggling with it and just feeling so helpless and unheard
