Dr. Bollin-Richards suggested my partner get a c section at 37 weeks. She would not tell us exactly why or elaborate. She is pretty stuck in her ways. She said it was needed but after a 2nd opinion, it was said that a c section wasn't needed. Our 2nd doctor consulted with Dr. Bollin-Richards, but after he told her his opinion, she didn't want to be our doctor anymore. That is after being our doctor for the whole pregnancy. Super unprofessional and risking women's lives for no reason. 0/5 would not recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bollin-Richards. I was referred to her office when my primary doctor was not able to place my IUD. The office was so friendly and welcoming the moment I walked through the elevator. It was a very welcoming and safe environment for women, something I've never felt before in a medical office. The nurse on duty was very kind and patient with me, accessing all of my concerns and nerves before the IUD insertion. I had a consultation first with Dr. Bollin-Richards, and the next procedure it was placed. It was a bit confusing with when I would be having the procedure, but nothing against her for it. The procedure was very painful and tough, but Dr. Bollin-Richards was very kind with me, asking if I needed a break and helping me through the pain the best she could. I have had no complications and I am so happy with my decision to get the IUD (5 years of not worrying!) I wish Dr. Bollin-Richards could be my primary doctor! I would definitely recommend her.

Extremely sweet, I always feel comfortable with Dr. Bollion Richards and she is very knowledgeable and reassuring! I truly appreciate her as a doctor and she will be my OBGYN taking care of me while pregnant with 3 babies now.

I have been seeing Dr. Bollin-Richards since summer of 2015. She has been my physician through the pregnancy and birth of my first child, a second pregnancy that ended in miscarriage and is currently my physician for my third pregnancy. She has always been kind, patient and interested in what I have been going through in my journey through pregnancy and motherhood. I never felt rushed, I always feel supported and she is knowledgeable about her profession. I feel comfortable in her care.

Awful birth experience with her. She was rude to us and did not listen to our concerns. Forced us into a csection for no reason. Baby was fine and so was I but my son's heart rate dropped at one point due to me being in an unfavorable position. She was very busy. Lots of babies being born that day. We felt like she forced us into csection because it was convenient for her schedule at the moment. She made our experience awful. I am still struggling with it and just feeling so helpless and unheard

Horrible experience with her. If you end up with her being the Doctor on call to deliver your baby, please please request another doctor. Dr. Bollen-Richards was awful to me and my husband. She came in half way through my labor and decided to change our plan that we had made with the previous 2 doctors. Was rude, did not listen to my concerns or feelings. Made the decision to give me a csection for absolutely no reason and when we questioned it she got offensive and kept saying she had 14 yrs ex

I've been seeing Dr. Bollin-Richards for a few years now, she is sweet and will listen to all of my questions and try to answer them. She also respects my views on how I want to try birthing my children and is down to earth. She's very good with my children too!

She is a great doctor and if you are looking for something to happen fast, she gets it done. I enquired about surgery and a few weeks later I've been all taken care of. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Bollin-Richards, I felt, really cared about me and baby's health during my pregnancy. I felt she was patient and answered all of questions. I never felt rushed. It was easy to schedule appointments with her when needed and took extra care when complications arose.

Ignored legitimate post pardum issues causing patient stress. Poor follow through with questions and concerns. High turnover with nurses. Inconstant care and moody. I choose a woman because I thought she'd be compassionate, I was wrong.
