I am very pleased to write a very interesting and positive review about my last visit to see Dr. Bergsma. He has always been very attentive to the needs of his patients in a positive manner. He has been my doctor for years and I wouldn't have it any other way. He always makes sure each patient walks away satisfied. His medical assistant, Tracy is wonderful. They make each patient feel special as they address their medical needs in an oderly fashion without any hassles. Dr. Bergsma and his staff have created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients. The receptionist is very professional and organized. I always feel that I'm given the Red Carpet treatment at each visit. There's no doubt that they care about each patient. It has been a blessing in disguise to have crossed paths with Foot And Ankle Specialists of West Michigan. They are the best compared to other doctor's offices I have visited in the past. It has never been an issue recommending other people to Dr. Bergsma for foot and ankle issues. Great medical assistance continues to be their trademark.

I HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH A NEW DOCTOR I WILL NEVER FORGET. DR. BERGSMA TOLD ME YES, NO AND NO MAYBE'S TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY THROUGH IN TREATING MY WOUND AND IN HIS INSTRUCTIONS TO CARE FOR IT. I AM ALMOST LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT. THANK YOU DR. BERGSMA. TOM GOELDEL

Really like this doctor. My husband goes to him , he did surgrey on my husband toe surgrey. Super nice guy. Wpuld remind him to anyone.

I give front desk, MA 5/5 stars. Dr Bergsma 2/5. Talked at me and spent too much time sharing his personal opinions about why my sports med / pcp should essentially stay in their lane. To me it seemed unprofessional and was off putting.
