Great doctor knowledgeable explains well caring Agree with previous person I don’t think his staff gives him results which is sad

I am blessed to have fallen into the care of Daniel Drumm. He is very thorough. He listens and asks questions. He goes over your entire lab results and explains everything. Yes, you sometimes have to leave a message when you call the nurse's line, but did you know they have a portal you can access online and avoid the phone calls? I can ask for meds, tell them of problems, update my info, etc. I'd give 5 stars for office comfort but they have kids and a TV in the waiting room now.

Excellent care and follow up. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Drumm gives me all the time I need, if I have some things I want to talk about my health....He is patient, kind and makes you feel at ease. They want you to feel that their office is our 'medical home'. He can be reached though the patient portal (email) or phone.. I would recommend him highly to anyone that needs a doctor! He's the best!

if you like answering machines, you will love GVMS. They have answering machines that answer call from their other answering machines. These machines are very polite and will tell you over and over that "Your call is important to us". They will also tell you to call back if you are "experiencing an unusual wait time". But waiting is the norm so just WAIT.

Dr. Drumm is very knowledgeable and delivers a comprehensive review of a patient's health and medical concerns. It is apparent he is concerned for the health and well being of his patients and never seems to be in a hurry. He is not only knowledgeable about general medical concern but is also aware of the latest treatments/medications available to treat various hard to treat conditions. He readily explains test results and other concerns a patient may have. He has a wealth of information and is willing to share with those in his care. A very special doctor....warm, friendly, kind, confident, consistent. I would highly recommend him.

Dr.Drumm is an excellent physcian. He listens and responds to questions, he completes a physical exam, and he makes sure that you understand what is going to be done about concerns. I am convinced that being able to communicate with your doctor is key to better health. I will follow all of his suggestions, and I have complete faith in his ability to treat me.

We were lucky to have Dr. Drumm take care of me right after he finished his residency. At that time, we switched my husband and my father to him because of his patience, knowledge and great bedside manner. I'm a nurse and worked at Blodgett. I think a lot of his patients are nurses. That should tell you just how good he is. You might have to wait to see him but, he will spend the same amount of time with you. He never makes you feel rushed. He is the greatest physician I have ever met and I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Drum is among the best of all internists of which I've been in consistent contact. He is respectful of patients, their families, and his staff including hospital rounding. Additionally, he is extremely skilled at listening and documenting carefully and cautiously (while using his in-depth knowledge of all things). His mannerism is 100% in all dealings; he applies this and also communicates with patients and other authorized persons. Fantastic, has a long wait list to be his patient.

I've known Dr. Drumm for almost 30 years now and he still impresses me each time I see him. He takes time to answer ALL questions and/or concerns. Bedside manner is unequaled. His caring is REAL. He is respectful, kind, and he is up-to-date on medical aspects.
