Sorry I can't give Dr Wang any stars. He is the rudest Dr I have ever dealt with. When I called my insurance company to find out why they would not pay for Glaucoma screening. He screamed at my wife and me. That was in front of the other patients. He charged me a $50.00 copay when it was supposed to be $20.00. This was in January. He still has not given me a refund.

a money making scam, a bunch of tests which I had to pay for since insurance deductables are so high , which I already took at a Granville eye care place who referred me to Dr wang after I was charged for the same tests there which I payed for. So after paying for the same tests twice so he can say its suspect . so over 1000$ later i get {its suspect}. I didn't even get the glasses that I came to ...

I have gone to Dr. Wang for several years and have been very satisfied with the care I have received. He is thorough. I have had a couple of urgent things happen and he saw me that very day.

Most of the staff are nice people. But the billing staff (Dr. Wangs wife) was very rude to me. She would cut me off quite a bit. I questioned her about charges on my bill, which she was not helpful with, then she put me on hold mid sentences and transferred me to Dr. Wang; who said my phone call was "crippling the office, and people can't do their jobs".
