I had (until they ignored me all together) requested help/advice/a clue as to why I spend most of my days in perpetual squint, or with one eye closed. To be fair I am not sure the surgeon is ever notified of 'anyone's' concerns or in fact such concerns even make it past the front desk to the surgeon or Dr. Vanderlught. But I think it speaks for itself that having to cancel my last checkup due to an MRI apt, I was never asked or given a chance to reschedule, but you can't expect Dr.'s to find anything if they are not looking for anything. I am reminded of what my father said after his 4th round of kemo. he said ''If I knew what to expect, would have never taken the treatment''

One and done. There is a joke perpetuated by TV, that surgeon are only concerned with cases that reflect well on them in a positive light. Which leads me back to the ''one and done''comment if they never address any issues or possible issues with procedures, there is no problem. ''One and done'' .
