Dr Mustapha LITERALLY changed my life. When a Vascular specialist here in Flint MI told me the schedule a midcalf amputation, after one attempt to open an artery in my leg. Within 5 days I met and had the first of 5 procedures to open the artery. Not only did he successfully open it he did a rare procedure called a "AVR". He was able thru the femoral artery, turn a vein into an artery in my foot, and I've never received a stitch! Dr Mustapha a true pioneer in his specialty, in which he has a real passion for his patients to " NOT GIVE UP"! After 7 years now I'm still on two legs and look forward to seeing him and his staff.I thank God for this man everyday. Dr Mustapha LITERALLY changed my life. Dr Mustapha is a very smart very caring about his patients and very very good dr he has been treating me for PAD for years I trust him and his staff completely and I tell anyone if they have symptoms like leg cramps or hard to walk any where heart issues go see dr Mustapha there very good at fixing patients problems I would like to find a support group for PAD

Wonderful great doc DRJ.mustapha. He saved my life 2 years ago at Metro 💓. With my additional 💓 problem last few weeks. Wish still my doctor. Don't trust no else but Jihad

Exceptional Vascular Surgeon! He & Dr. Vinayak Manohar (Cardiologist) were instrumental in saving my father's right foot and most of his left leg when Spectrum wanted to amputate w/o trying to save the limb. Would be hard to find a better or more caring vascular surgeon anywhere. Heartbroken when Dr. Mustapha left Metro but ecstatic that we have now located him at a new facility. Can't speak for service at new facility as it appears a couple of reviewers have but Dr. Mustapha himself is awesome!

Dr. Mustapha. save my leg ,there is no words to explain how great full I am to him , recived a letter from Metro Hospital he is no longer with them. Have been trying to find out where he is has gone,I do not want to lose him as my Doctor ,I would trust my life in his hands ,If some one knows where he is practicing I would like to know

Dr. Mustapha is the best Cardiologist ever. He is so kind and knowledgeable. A very positive forward thinking person. He is the BEST! I started going to Metro Heart & Vascular because of Dr. Mustapha. They have lost a great person and doctor if Dr. Mustapha goes elsewhere.
