I love Dr. Thakur! We worked with her through the Fertility Center in Grand Rapids. I had extenuating circumstances that she happily accommodated. Also worked with another specialist from outside their office which is rare to find. She listened to my concerns and questions and really did give me her best judgment. Thankfully we had a great experience and now have our daughter thanks to her.

Very poor communication with staff .My medicine needed a prior auth but she never did it and I ended up paying out of pocket .Her office screwed up my insurance and I had to pay 1200 dollars out of pocket too The procedure of iui was not done by the dr but by a nurse..She never told me that either .I saw her just once and then she disappeared and left everything to her incompetent staff.Please don’t ever go to her.Either she needs to get out of the fertility center or she has to communicate.
