They wont do any walk ins no matter what but still wanna charge you $45 for a virtual visit that doesn't tell your vitals or your temp. They send you to someone else. Just close your doors you're no help to anybody. We can Google better answers for free. I told the secretary I needed to see someone in person they denied me. I said so I am supposed to just stay sick they said sorry have a good day whats going on there is no care in healthcare anymore.

She’s amazing!! Definitely a Doctor who cares and listens to her patients. Best part is that you don’t spend hrs waiting to be seen.

So I have TMJ and I am waiting for my mouth guard to come in from the dentist. I have been in extreme pain for months and it just keeps getting worse. A few weeks ago, before I was sure it was TMJ I went to my doctor to see if I had an ear infection ( my jaw, ear, head and neck hurt sooo badly) They said I did not have an ear infection but suspected TMJ. They told me to buy a store bought mouth guard. I did and it only made things worse. So I made a dentist appt and they said well I have a bad tooth so lets get a crown on that and see if that takes care of it. I did that, and it did not take care of it. I have tried massage therapists and have an upcoming appt to try botox injections in my jaw. Today after lunch the pain was unbearable and I called the dr to ask if I could have some pain meds. They acted like I was a drug addict and then called me back to tell me that they do not prescribe narcotics and to go to ER. I have spent over $1100 trying to get out of pain and now they want me to spend at least another $100 to go to urgent care when MY doctor all ready knows there is a problem. Its not like I have ever gone in there asking for pain meds before and I have been a long time patient, both my kids go there too. Well today I cancelled all my appts and kids appts and will be going somewhere that will actually use their prescription pad when someone actually needs it. Instead of sending them on a wild goose chase and flushing more money down the toilet. What a load of BS this place is. I will say that I do like Dr. Zelasko when I get to see her, but just because she is a good doctor does not mean her staff is all that great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zelasko’s for over 20 years now. She is patient and caring, and always very thorough! She is easy to talk to, and I highly recommend her. She delivered all 3 of my kids, and they all go to her as well. The staff has Had a few changes over the years, and I agree that they have gone through a few rough patches, but have been very friendly and helpful again lately.

Dr. Zelaso has never provoked any thoughts of switching to a new practice. She has my recommendation for anyone.

Used to be good practice but no longer. Can't get past the rude receptionist to talk to a nurse. She does everything she can not to pass your call over. Also Pam missed a reading on one of my labs and tried to brush it off as no big deal. I'm glad I'm no longer a patient there

The people who work in this office are so incredibly rude. They are not caring human beings. My husband USED to go here, as of today we are switching to a better practice. Every time we call they are just so unprofessional and cold. At my doctors office, I can call up there at any point and speak with a phone nurse who is always so kind so matter how long it's been since I've seen them. This place will be out of business soon if they don't change the way they operate.

Dr Zelasko has been my family Dr for almost 20 years now. She listens well, cares about patients, and is consistently spot on with diagnosis and prescriptions. I’ve never left a review before but after she squeezed me in on short notice and got me feeling better this week I just had to say thanks. Keep up the great work!!!

Great with patient care.

Have been going here for years and never had a problem. If I could give this a 0 out of 5 i would! Needed to be seen for my hand lady in office very rude saying I needed a release form to show them that it wasent workers comp. Huge headache took me almost 2 weeks to get a paper saying that. Call them up and tell then i have the paper that says that, I need to set up an appointment. Lady in a super sassy voice says I can't do anything until it's faxed to the office. This wasent said so now I have a paper copy and don't own a fax machine and they won't see me. A little upset I said I hate you right now and the lady hung up. This place is a joke I recommend seeing a real professional not this joke of a place right here! Office help is the downfall of this place, rude , disrespectful, and have no customer service skills.
