We’ve always had amazing experiences with the nurses, and Dr. Heather Dickson is our chosen physician for our family, because she is insightful, knowledgeable, she listens, and truly cares.

Since the take over I think things have gone downhill. The biggest problem is getting an appointment for who I'd like to see. Right now as I'm writing this first available is 24 day out. I can see a doctor I have never seen before, did it twice, I'm not a fan. Here's the dumbest thing of all, the office will release some available appointments the morning of and to me it's like throwing a piece of meat to a pack of hungry dogs. I could complain more but I'm going to look for a new doctors office closer to home instead.

Highly educated employees are there for one reason your healthcare. They do care and helpful. Can't rate a medical professional for little doohickeys like paperwork or they treat you like a queen or King. and so forth. They've got educated to help people and fix them up.

I am new to this facility. The only reason I didn’t give this facility a 5 is the sign in system in lobby it is absurd. My doctor has retired and I had to find a new one. Dr Jennifer Cory is the best. She is kind and considerate. She takes the time to listen. She displays a caring nature. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. I had to call this office 3 or 4 times. Each time a women named Susie answered. She also knows how to do her job. She is pleasant and considerate to your questions. When I needed something done she took care of it and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone I meet here was very friendly.

Lisa Garwood PA and Dr. Clegg are amazing! They take the time to listen and don't hurry me out of the office. All MA's I've encountered are friendly. Great office and love the staff.

This facility is amazing. I have never had to wait, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and above all else, they care. They have excellent care options for tech friendly and non tech friendly folks. Personally I love being able to check in on my phone, and as soon as I walk into the the office of my physician I am greeted and immediately get a room. You read that right, IMMEDIATELY. Some small exceptions with timing but overall in the 3+ years I’ve been with Metro health I’ve always only had to wait less than 10 minutes to be seen (with the exception of one time but that’s life). I can’t speak higher of this facility, truly. Thanks to the team if you are reading this, we appreciate you!

New, clean, and super modern facility. All staffs, nurses, and doctors are so helpful right when I enter the door. Not sure why there are so many negative feedbacks. It’s always a five star service for me. Thank you.

They are the WORST with Billing. I didn't even live in Michigan at the time they are saying I had an appointment 6 years ago! Then they sent me to collections. I have been to the office over 10 times since 2016 and was never told I had a balance. Don't waste your time, stick with Spectrum.

I'm new to the hospital, so I called to setup an apt for me and my husband. They entered the wrong phone number for my husband when I called a few days later to have it corrected, I was told "we can't legally change a patients record without their consent, thank you!". After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to be told that. I'm so upset.
