I’m typically not one to take the time to leave reviews but I felt inclined to comment on the stellar customer service I have received at The Urban You. Everyone I have encountered has been super helpful. Even after a minor miscommunication regarding my membership with UY, the response to my questions and concerns was met with kindness and customer focused mindset. As far as treatments go, I receive Oxygeneo facials and Dermaplaning with Shaye who is very knowledgeable. My skin health, including texture and tone, have improved after only two treatments. I will be continuing with a third in just a few weeks. Definitely recommend checking them out!

SO expected a lot and felt like our experience fell flat, especially considering the price. Not above paying for quality service, but I felt like my esthetician kept getting product in my mouth and my eyes so much so that my eyes were blurry for several hours after. My mom was in a different room and noted how her esthetician had pop music on when she entered the room and had a difficult time changing it to something she liked better. Final blow was being told the lip balm was $50, only to check out and find it was $100. Overall, lacked professionalism.

I got my lips done by Sam and I am beyond happy with the results! She is amazing, by far the best injector I’ve ever had! She has the most gentle hand and precise application I’ve ever experienced which made the process quick and pain free! I highly recommend Sam for all injection procedures!

Melissa did an amazing job at my first experience at Urban You. She is professional and knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. She walks you right through everything she is doing & it was literally pain free! She has magic hands. So so happy with my Botox results. Highly recommend.

The Urban You is a fantastic place to go for ALL of your skin care needs and concerns. After going there for a few years now I have especially LOVED getting brow and skin care services from Chelsea and Jac! They are PRO’S at their crafts! 10 out of 10 would recommend at LEAST giving Urban You a try. They offer medical grade skin care management that looks and feels so so good!
