Dr Erin Nartker was absolutely amazing! I recommend her to all my family and friends in the Grand Rapids area! She is brilliant and answered all the questions I had for her. Amanda was also so kind, and everyone made me feel so comfortable. Definitely will continue care with Dr Erin and Amanda.

Westside Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. They go out of their way to make sure your experience at the dentist is the best it can be. There’s usually music playing in each room, the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, they have state of the art equipment, and the doctors are efficient but thorough. The office dog is a nice perk as well! I have recommended them to friends and family and would likely drive extra if needed just to continue going here.

They were very kind and compassionate. However I was severely misinformed about cost, and had an x-ray completed before knowing the cost, only to find out this place can't actually help with my issue. It seemed that just looking at my tooth would have sufficed and allowed me to get xrays at the place they referred, because now I'll have to pay another fee at the new place, xrays could have waited if the consensus is the same. I had informed them when I made the appointment what the issue was and which tooth and the dentist basically stated that people in my position always get these teeth extracted. I would have appreciated better communication and reading my notes before the appointment. People without dental insurance don't seek out dental care, for this reason. I just paid $300 for a referral.

Westside Dental is wonderful with children!!! My daughter was super scared and they put her at ease!!! I definitely recommend, especially if you have kids who have anxiety like mine!!! They were wonderful!!!
