Excellent service and excellent care. This was my first visit and everyone in the practice was professional and spot-on. The check-in was smooth, the tests leading up to my visit with Dr Abby Veldkamp was thorough and pleasant. The meeting with the doctor went very well. She was thoughtful and answered my questions with patience. Overall, I would say the best experience I've had regarding vision needs.

She gave an extremely comprehensive eye exam. After reviewing every aspect of the exam she presented 3 extremely helpful options to correct my vision. I wish that I had been introduced to her 8 years ago.

The examination process began within 5 minutes of my appointment. Dr. Veldkamp was very friendly and professional. She conducted a thorough exam and then spent ample time explaining the results. She determined that there was only a slight change in my prescription from my previous yearly exam. It was my choice if I wanted new glasses, but she didn’t think that new glasses would make much of a difference with my vision. It was refreshing not to get any high pressure sales pitch - quite the opposite when she suggested not spending the money for such a minor change.
