I can not express how wonderful these ladies that work here are! I was diagnosed for the second time with an infection in my artificial knee and had to go there every day for 6 weeks for antibiotics, in my pik line. 7 days a week, I was so down as I had been told it’s practically unheard of for anyone to ever get an infection in 2 different knees, but it happened and it started out awful. I was so down and didn’t know what was going to happen next. There was a time I had to be off for two days as I contracted the flu. Even though I contacted the main office in Grand Rapids these ladies from the Grandville office took it upon themselves to call and check on me. Today was my last infusion and I can tell you I will miss each and every one of them. Thank you Rae Ann, Gigi, Sam, Terri, Nicole, Karminda,and Julie! 😘😘🙏

Sue and Julie take such good care of my son! They are cheerful, awesome at starting his IV, and just make his infusion an enjoyable time. Scheduling his appointments is easy and they are flexible.

Even though my veins did not cooperate, the staff was very kind and tried their very best. Eventually we got it and I'm good and I don't even see very much of a black and blue mark! Thank you everyone at infusion Associates.

I've been coming here for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. the building itself is very clean and staff make sure to wipe down every chair after someone leaves, even before covid times. the staff is also very friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I've noticed the staff talking people through the process if they're new or nervous and making sure they have everything they need. due to the inherently unpleasant circumstances of the appointment itself, the warmness of the staff is greatly appreciated and makes the entire experience a lot better. oh, and free wifi :)

I absolutely love the staff and the care I receive ever week. Everybody treats me with me respect and kindness and truly cares about their patients. They do everything they can to make me comfortable! I so appreciate everything they do for me and all the other patients!

Very nice setup. Warm Blankets, Tea, TV, conversation, if I want. Most of the time. Sometimes, seemingly by chance, they put me in a tiny room by myself and don’t offer me anything, and don’t turn on the TV. Just me for an hour. So strange. The big room has like two people in it!
