I was a patient for over a year. At first the doctor was nice and seemed helpful. Today he yelled at me over the phone because his staff Patricia told him I was yelling at her. After trying to explain I was not yelling I was emotionally and under stress because I was trying to explain what needed help with but no one was understanding. Instead of hearing me and explaining in a way I could understand he screamed at me told me he would no longer have me as a patient and hung up. I have an emotional disorder and a good doctor knowing this would not treat patients like how he just treated me My whole family is now leaving that office.

Dr. Ausiello, Is the best doctor I have ever had, he is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. I have been going to him for 30 years and he has never been wrong with knowing what my problem is, down to earth never makes you feel stupid when you ask questions. and always explains things clearly. He's good Doctor and man God bless him'

I've had many doctors thru out my life. (Many many medical issues) Dr. Ausiello was assined to me because my former doctor became ill NEVER as of today have I ever had a Doctor so compationt and caring as Dr. Ausiello I have always been pleased with the result in care I've recieved in your care. Unfourtantly when you returned to your Greenville office you wasn't excepting my insurance but as I see you do now I'll be praying and hoping a call to your office will get me back in the care of the fine care I recieved in your hands!! You always been caring and attentive to my health and I'm very thankful

Dr Ausiello took care of my mom for many years. He is my doctor as well and I don't care to go anywhere else. He is compassionate, down-to-earth, and loving. He will tell you the truth whether you like it or not and will explain things you don't understand. He always gives me a hug and says God bless you before I leave. I feel comfortable and safe with him as my doctor.

The rating stars didn't go low enough. I would warn against Dr. Ausiello. His staff, Tammy, is extremely rude, lies and does not apologize even it's clearly her fault. The "office" is in an old house with no apparent desire to keep it up. Dr. Ausiello frequently cancels appointments. In the appointment he talks more about himself and his wonderful treatment of his other patients than actually listening to his current patient. Stay away, stay far away.
