I cold not have had a better experience at this facility! Was visiting friends from out of town (I live in NY) and had to go to urgent care for an allergic reaction to a wasp sting from 3 days prior to coming to Detroit. The staff here were professional, kind and considerate from the front desk staff who assisted me in completing the online forms so I could be seen right away, to the nurse and PA who prescribed meds to get me back on my feet quick and safely back home to NY. The facility was exceptionally clean. Thank you!

A bit of a wait 45 minutes . But worth it.. Excellent care by the staff plus xray on site .. reviewed by radiologist within 30 minutes

Made an appt for 9:25 AM on a Sunday for extremely sore throat after daughter tested positive for strep just a few days prior. Waited over 40 mins to be seen past appt time. Just one other person in the waiting room who came in after us. Been here an hour and 10 mins and counting and now waiting on paperwork. Much better urgent cares in GP that respect appt times.
