I came in with a bad back. The back was treated and the possible causes corrected. I left with no back problems at all.

I was charged out of pocket for my entire initial evaluation after being told this clinic participated with my insurance. I asked for verification twice before the eval. Initially, immediately after the staff discovered the mistake, I was assured over the phone that the office staff took responsibility and that I would not be charged out of pocket. However, after receiving a bill in the mail and >8 phone calls later between the billing department and this clinic's front desk, I am still being held responsible. I'm bounced back and forth between departments and suddenly it's my problem, my bill, and no one else's. Not a friendly, fair, neighborhood clinic. Caution warranted. I received my total course of treatment at Henry Ford Rehab at Pierson Medical Center for about the same price as my initial evaluation at Athletico on Mack. Loved my experience there. I would recommend them instead!
