Regrettably, I have always used Dr. Ferrara's practice for small immediate treatments and concerns while using a more reputable doctor in Bloomfield Hills for skin cancer checks and procedures. This practice lacks due diligence, they have never inquired or completed a skin screening on me. I will no longer tolerate Dr. Ferrara's and his employee's poor practices after they billed something as a surgical procedure unbeknownst to me and refused to correct their error. This "doctor" ignored a nickel-sized growth on my heel, although I had melanoma in another part of my body removed two years earlier. He ignored the growth until I ordered him to remove it, and it was only then that he ordered a biopsy on the growth, which turned out to be cancerous, and having it removed cost me feeling in half of my foot. To top it off, his idiot staff (Bethany is a lier) sent me for treatment to a doctor that I had told several times was not part of my coverage. They assured me that "it would be taken care of", but of course it wasn't, and I had to eat the bill. Really should have lost his license by now. I will be plastering this review all over the internet.

I visited for the first time on 6/20 after seeing a dermatologist at another facility and having a very bad experience. Dr. Ferrara was wonderful! The office is very nice, the staff were all very friendly, and the doctor had a great bedside manner. He explained exactly what was going on with skin and how to treat it. I was recommended to this office by a friend and I will now recommend Dr. Ferrara.

Nice PA and assistant. If you want more than fillers or Botox not the place to visit.i suspected precancerous/basal cell. PA did biopsy confirmed diagnosis PA did follow up. Never heard from doc found my own Mohs doc to "treat" and now having them do regular ck ups. Front office staff to busy for patients with real issues and dismissive when you leave.

I had a cyst removed from my scalp and was in and out in 30 minutes. At most places they don't even call my name while sitting in the waiting room in that time. I don't normally write reviews but I was quite impressed.
