The staff at advantage treated with dignity and goodwill when i was there!

The director of this facility was caught in 3 lies by our family , poor maintenance of facility, residents answer the phone , residents are locked in their rooms at night , my mother fell in the facility & they tried to lie & cover it up , she also was diagnosed with malnutrition when I pulled her out & took her to her primary physician over all this living center and its subsidiaries are worse than a prison! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES TO ANY ADVANTAGE CENTER & our family has reported them to the health authorities for a full audit

Trying to get someone to charge my mom phone during the covid-19 time is next to impossible I can't speak to her whenever I feel and can't see her.

This place has went down in the last year or so the food isn't good and they don't have therapy department anymore all the therapist left hopefully this will change soon we have a good administrator and a good nursing department thanx to Angela THE D.o.n over all this place is good there is room for improvement

This place is dirty and smells as soon as you enter the facility. Also, the staff should be retrained to give better care & customer service. I have a family member at Autumn Woods in Warren & it's immaculate there, the staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable, always willing to assist even if "it's not their patient.". You guys need to do better!

I've haven't had any problems there, the staff are friendly. I don't know everyone there but Olivia, medical assistant, is always busy and very hospitable. Shout out to Olivia! There are others too, but do not know their names. The office staff are also very nice.👍
