Dr. Shah is amazing, however, it is almost impossible to get an appointment with him. If you don't have something scheduled in advance you can forget making any kind of appointment spur of the moment. There needs to be some times open for people who need urgent care but it is not an emergency. Everytime I call to make an appointment the staff tells me to to go to the emergency room.....

Very rude and unprofessional to my mom who was hoping to be his patient. He wrote her off immediately because she was wary of taking a variety of pharmaceuticals so he claimed they wouldn't be a good fit.

I had an appointment at Lakeland Primary Care - Royalton on Oct 7. On Sept 30 the office called and said they were dropping all of the new patients that they had already accepted. No apology - just Get Lost. So now I'm stuck trying to find a doctor that will accept my current insurance and the insurance that I'll have in January and then wait 6 weeks for an appointment. Again. I was going to see the doctor about some hearing loss that is suddenly getting worse. I called a specialist and they said that they needed a referral from a doctor. Now my choice is to wait weeks/months more or go to Urgent Care and risk COVID-19 in the waiting room. I'm disgusted with this office. I'm more than disgusted but my mama taught me not to cuss.

I have taken my kids here for a long time and it's not hard to get an appt, everyone is very nice and most importantly this doctor does not rush and is very good about taking his time to answer any questions and explain anything needed. Usually the wait after seeing the doctor to get scripts or discharge papers is very long, even when theres hardly any patients. That's not fun when you have several little kids, but that seems to be typical no matter where you go and is literally the only negative thing I can say. This doctor is absolutely amazing, and patient with kids he truly cares. I have taken my kids here for a long time and it's not hard to get an appt, everyone is very nice and most importantly this doctor does not rush and is very good about taking his time to answer any questions and explain anything needed. … More
