Staff is nice and the place is really clean, but they had us waiting almost 3 hours for something simple and quick.

Staff there is always super friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have been there for my son being injured. We didn’t have to wait long either time. The staff was thorough and answered all questions. We didn’t feel rushed and got the care needed. We appreciate you!

Grateful to have access to this urgent care. The place is kept very nice and clean. The wait times have never been too long, and I’ve always been able to get professional, courteous and empathetic care. I also appreciate that they do have an option to get some medications filled at location rather than going to the pharmacy. They’re also very transparent about pricing, so it’s really nice knowing my options. Online check-in makes the process really easy and it’s nice being able to see the wait times.
