I like Dr. Hoffman, and his staff are always friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and always takes the time to get to know you and your issues. When he has sent me to specialists, they have always proven to be more than competent. I cannot imagine Dr. Hoffman telling an off-color joke so while I would not call the person who reported this a liar I am wondering if they went to some other Dr. Hoffman in some other place? I have never been directed to make more appointments or have more procedures than I needed. That has been my experience with Dr. Thomas Hoffman and his staff.

Dr. Hoffman cares only about money and not his patients!!! Watch your bills he will charge you for additional consultation for anything that is not considered preventative. Very unethical and unprofessional. Stay Away if you know whats good for you!!! I would have left a 0 star if I could.

When I have seen him he is always professional, as is his staff. I continue to go to him and this is the best recommendation I can give. He seems to genuinely care about my health.

Pardon my bluntness, my husband and I were given colon exams for blood and I felt the Dr scraping and gouging with his nail and I told him to stop right now. Of course he found blood on my stool/colon occult blood screening. There were a few other things he did that were weird. Ie; announce as I was leaving the exam room that I had stage 2 kidney failure - why was I just hearing about it this second? I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Btw; all the diagnosis etc were incorrect. Buyer beware

Dr Hoffman's office has a wonderful group of professionals. Always very courteous and they make you feel comfortable. Dr Hoffman is very kind, always explains everything. He truly wants you to get better, not just put you on medicines.

This guy is a complete crook. I made an appointment for three things and he refused to treat me for more than one thing. Not because it would take to long or he doesn't have the equipment but because "You didn't schedule appointments for the other things" Although it had them listed on my chart. He will talk your ear off about himself and it is not even remotely related to my physical condition. He will not have any problem being rude or inappropriate. Proof being him telling me a joke about Catholic priests and little boys after giving me a physical. His office called and stated that it is mandatory that I have a check up per my insurance. I called my insurance to verify this and they stated that no where within my HMO does it state I need a semi-annual check up. I went there once and thought made he was just a little off that day and the second time reaffirmed my doubt in him as a doctor. The third time is when I made the decision that I am transferring my records to another doctor immediately.
