Dr. Flohr was challenged by my unusual astigmatism in finding the best possible prescriptive lens parameters. He repeated and refined the "Which is berter" combinations for multiple lens options for each eye and in combination in the establishing the best outcome. I've worn corrective eyewear for 50+yrs and haven't experienced a more professional or thorough optician. He and his staff are top notch.

Dr. Flohr is a wonderful eye doctor! He explains everything well so you feel comfortable. I recommend him to all my family and friends. He also has done cataract surgery on my grandparents and the surgeries went great and they are very happy with the results.

I was a new patient for 1 hour. Booked my appointment 8 weeks prior. I waited 1 hour before I determined my time was just as valuable as the good Dr. There is a sign that hangs over the reception area that reads. "if you wait more than 30 mins notify the receptionist". Seriously! Shouldn't they be tracking their own efficiency. I notified the exit nurse I was leaving in search of a Dr. who believes in patient satisfaction. I could not tell the receptionist because she left and was no where to be found.
