It seems like everyone who “works” there stocks the shelves for separate companies. The manager knew nothing about if they had certain products, even though there were spaces on the shelves for those products.

My Mom has been here a little over a year she loves the staff and the room.They have treated her with respect and dignity. Most importantly they have kept her safe and healthy!

They are always helpful and concerned with the well being of their residents.

Lakeside Vista continues to be a Blessing to our family in the care they provide for our family member.The staff is very friendly and most of all very caring and always eager to help

My father has been a resident at LakeSide Vista since June of 2019. I was the one who brought him there from the hospital and I was a complete wreck doing so cause I knew how adement he was about saying in his home. The friendly staff brought him to his room and he was joking with the staff right away. It was great weight taken off my shoulders. His room was spacious and clean. I felt safe leaving him there and when I returned to visit I couldn't find him in his room but I could hear him talking close by. He was visiting with a neighbor and having a good conversation with him. He saw me and said "my daughters here to visit, I have to go." I was told by another staff member that they had a lot of activities for him to enjoy. I saw my dads face in a couple of their Facebook page photos. He really seems to enjoy it there.. I've had a few instances where I had questions and I was given a few numbers to call and my questions were answered quickly and respectfully. I would recommend LakeSide Vista! They even have certain days were some members of his family can join him for dinner,. Keep up the great service LSV and staff!

This is a challenging time to transition a loved one to assisted living, but Lakeside Vista staff helped this happen in the best possible way. Everyone on their staff has gone above and beyond to help my mother-in-law mother-in-law comfortable.I am so impressed with the staff. The marketing director helped with every step of the process. From helping us to learn about Lakeside Vista to assisting with our billing.The nurse and her staff found solutions to so many of our problems. Helping my mother-in-law to understand her new med routine, suggesting an shower/bath options and assisting me with finding the right bed.I appreciate The Life Enrichment Director who scheduled our outside visits, helping us with any questions we have and always having a positive attitude when she sits with us during our visits. She is fun to be around and I can see that she brings a lot of pleasure to your residents.I am so happy with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside Vista!

Lakeside Vista has been one of my top most rewarding jobs I've had the pleasure of being employed through. The lengths that management and care staff go to, to keep a little bit of "normalcy" in their live during this strange time is truly heart warming. The activities staff is always thinking outside the box to continue to engage their mind, body and spirit. They say if you love your job you never work a day in your life. I'm blessed to be able to call Lakeside Vista my second home! If you're looking for a safe, loving environment to trust your most precious loved ones with, look no farther.

My twin brother has been a resident of Lakeside Vista for 6 months. He loves the staff at Lakeside Vista! They are caring, understanding and assist him with all of his needs. He has developed a close relationship with a number of them that he likes to joke with. He’s satisfied with the food, likes the interaction with other residents at meals and overall enjoys living there.As his closest and only relative and his Power of Attorney, I appreciate the care and concern shown by the entire staff. Living in Illinois, it provides me assurance that he is being taken care of. They keep me informed when necessary, call me if there’s a question regarding my brother and genuinely seem concerned about his well-being.It starts at the Marketing level when we first looked at facilities with Don Hillebrands, who provided us with all the information and a tour of the rooms, to the care of the Nursing Director, Erika Zoerhof, and her staff who address any concern you may have and even to the Dietary Department headed by Greg Davis to asking if my brother likes the food and what he would like to see more of. The daily Med-techs and aides that work in building #2 take great care of my brother. They often treat him as if he was their brother or sometimes Grandpa! I would recommend Lakeside Vista if you are looking for a homey caring atmosphere for your loved one.

I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Lake Side Vista for several years now. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The residents are happy and well taken care of. The facility is bright, cheerful, and welcoming! It is extremely well taken care of and clean, inside and out! Always a pleasant experience!
