An amazing gifted surgeon . The office is very friendly & his PA is also very gifted . I am a retired ER nurse which is probably why I ended up with back issues ! I had back surgery with great results . I don’t live in Holland he came with high recommendations . I would highly recommend this office ..

Diagnosed my condition and fully explained my unique situation including reviewing all of the scans and x-rays. The surgery and recovery were exactly as he told me they would be. I have been pain free for 7 years after living in pain for 10 years prior to surgery.

When you google Dr. David W. Lowry MD , you Immediately see a 5 star rating... From my experience with Him and Dr. Scott M. Tuinstra Pa-C, MS as a team for my lumbar fusion, laminectomy and removal of prior pedicle screws and rods from a prior lumbar fusion that I had 10 years prior, I got 5 star results! I highly recommend Dr. David Lowry and Dr. Scott Tuinstra! They are experienced, they are attentive to your concerns, and are more than focused to help you and for you to do well in their care. Receptionist cheri doesn't know how to do her job should be fired for her horrible service. Literally can't get ahold of anyone because she automatically throws you to voicemail when she is sitting there Literally doing nothing.

The 1st thing this office should do is change the answering machine message. It says 'we will be seeing patients virtually until Covid is resolved'.. Really? That will be eternity as it will not be resolved. It starts the process from a referral on the wrong foot. A phone call goes straight to voice mail but on the 3x I did actually talk to the office staff person. 2x by phone and 1x in person, I found this person to have a very snarky edge to her conversation.. My referring physician referred me elsewhere.

My experience can only be described with one word, 'Exceptional'! I appreciated the time spent explaining my spine issues and treatment plan. Even more thankful for his diagnosis of a significant underlying disorder as he was able to identify a pituitary tumor! His bedside manner and concern was very appreciated along with his Physician Assistant Scott!

Doctor Lowry save my life.i development a spinal cord injury due to a bulging disc. He preformed emergency surgery,right at the beginning of Covid 19. I went from holland hospital to Mary free bed for three weeks after that. I went from not walking at all to almost complete recovery. Thank you dr lower. You are the best

I was scheduled to have back surgery in Aug of 2020, as I had previously met with Dr. Lowry. Originally I was very impressed but when I arrived and got prep'ed for surgery, he had to have me reschedule because I didn't have all my pre tests done. What?? I had been waiting for so long to have this done and had been in pain for so long. I got everything done that I was asked to do. How is it that a well known Dr. doesn't look at a patient's file until the morning before the surgery and not realize that things aren't done ahead of time. Not to mention that I was fully gowned and then turned away. Plus he tried to blame my Family Dr. for the issue. The good news is I went elsewhere and had a successful surgery.

I can't say enough about Dr. Lowry and Scott PA how excellent they both are. They have great rapport with their pts. I have had many neck and back fusions in the last 2 years, do to soft bones and fractures. I would recommend them both for any Neurosurgery. Also their office staff is kind and friendly and also very caring. Also Holland Hospital is the best for getting care.

I recently had an ulner release surgery done. The staff is caring and helpful and very kind. Dr. Lowry is an awesome surgeon and Doctor. My pain was gone as soon as I woke from surgery. I was referred to him by my brother who is equally impressed. I would highly recommend Dr Lowry and his staff to anyone.
