Being new to Holland I needed a new PCP and my co-worker recommended Dr. Gustafson. For my initial physical he spent 45 mins with me and wanted to get to know me, my medical history and my family's medical history. By far the best PCP appointment I've ever had. My wife also sees Dr. Peter in his office and loves her.

Dr. Gustafson has been my doctor for nearly 20 years. He has cared for both of my children since their birth. He is careful, thoughtful, thorough and kind. When I have crazy questions, he will answer me sincerely. I wouldn't call him particularly jovial, but I'm not looking for a comedian in a physician. Dr. Gustafson isn't necessarily quick to prescribe medicine - he considers lots of options and my input, as well. When I went through a very hard time, he took extra care to listen to me and showed real interest. I trust him with my family's health and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a physician in the area.
