John Rasor's Online Review Report Card

I just witnessed The way Angie the front desk staff gives attitudes and hangs ups on the patients and speak to her client instead of trying to help them get the meds or fix the problem is very unprofessional. Your job is to make sure everything works out and send the proper message to Dr. Razor. Not give his patients attitudes because they need their medication and the staff is not working as a team. When other people told me how great the Dr Razor is but his staff if rude I should've listened. .

Our entire family has been going to Dr razor for 11 years and he has been wonderful throughout the entire time. If he doesn't think he is knowledgeable enough about something he will send you to a specialist. He also tries to save me money by telling me where I can purchase medical supplies cheaper and making sure that my insurance will cover a certain prescription or feature before he gives it to me. He is the most dedicated and precise doctor I have ever met. He doesn't slack off or make light of any situation. He's also eager to explain things with talk and drawings if need be. He wants to make sure that you understand your diagnosis. He is well worth our 1 hour drive from Davison to Howell. I can't say enough about his kindness, patience and bedside Manor. I always feel like I am a part of the process. He's very humble and you don't feel like he's looking down on you or putting you on a level lower than himself. We would drive 2 hours each way if it meant keeping him as our doctor.

Dr. Rasor focuses on the patient during the appt. He listens attentively and addresses my specific concerns. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is and how he stays current with constantly evolving issues.

Dr.Rasor does a excellent job working with his patients by listening to there needs.Where other doctors I have felt rushed to be treated quickly doctor rasor takes his time with each patient. I recommend seeing him if your looking for a kind doctor. Jason Bozyk

Have been seeing Dr. Rasor for many years. He has an exceptional bed side manor. He listens and spends as much time as needed to address any issue. The staff has always been nice and if I've ever needed anything they respond timely.

My husband & I caught Covid-19, doctor Rasor had his office call us because his testing facility (who gave us no advice) told them we were positive for covid. The secretary said "well keep us posted", in the meantime he prescribed us NOTHING and gave us NO advice. One week later my husband couldn't breathe & had to go to the hospital, I requested that doctor Rasor call and inquire about Dave. Rasor had his secretary tell me "they know what they are doing at the hospital". My husband died two weeks later. 💔😢 😓😓💔 The carelessness of doctor Rasor is inexcusable. He dismissed my concerns & refused to see us and as a result my husband died Alone and Afraid in Ascension Providence Brighton, MI. This man "doctor" Rasor prescribed us NOTHING & gave us NO advice. This gutless man should Not be a doctor. He is partially responsible for my husband's death by his total lack of commitment or compassion towards us as his patients. We trusted him and now my husband whom I've not been without but 3 days in 50 years is dead and gone and I am alone. 😔

Doctor Razor is a very nice person. He took the time to talk to me asking lots of questions aboit my health. I felt very at ease with him and highly recommend him

My father & mother caught Covid-19, doctor Rasor had his office call them to inquire, my mother confirmed that they both had covid-19, the secretary said "well keep us posted" (they prescribed them Nothing & gave them No advice at all), a week later my father went into the hospital, My mother requested doctor Rasor to call & check on him, he had his secretary tell her (because the coward would never speak to her himself) "they know what they are doing there. My father died a 2 weeks later. I have Never in my life heard of such a callous, careless doctor who completely disregarded the needs of his patient. This "doctor" prescribed them NOTHING & gave them NO advice. It is my opinion that this "doctor" sent my father to an early grave by his lack of treatment.

Dr. Rasor is AMAZING! I had a rough time finding a doctor that would actually listen to me instead of just going off bloodwork. I really appreciate him! He's very nice and addressed everyone of my issues and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I would definitely recommend!

Office staff is always kind and thoughtful. That’s saying something because I always schedule earliest appointment possible. The M.A’ s are nice and a pleasure to talk with. Dr. Rasor always takes the time to run through all my follow up tests and medication review. Very informative and always a pleasure to see.
