She herself is rude, and neglected to diagnose our elderly loved one properly! We’ve been at the hospital with our loved one for a week and at one point we almost lost her…when she arrived at the hospital the dr’s there said she should’ve been in there months ago! Please beware…

Worst dr ever!!! I’m at the hospital now because she never detected that my mother had heart problem!!! We almost lost her!! She knows nothing. Be careful!

Dr Knapp is one of the most caring and dedicated medical professionals my spouse and I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is a brilliant doctor and truly cares about her patient’s health and whole being. She goes above and beyond to care for and about her patients and she has an excellent staff too. We never feel rushed at her office and we are never waiting long to be seen. Doctors like her are a dying breed, new doctors usually working for big corporations and treat you like cattle. Dr Knapp and her staff genuinely care about her patients, not just the money. She has contacted my husband and I both on weekends and holidays when we have had problems and was always so pleasant and caring. She makes her patients feel important and truly wants what is best for them. The world needs more doctors like Dr Knapp and her caring staff.

The Office manger is rude and very condescending, I called regarding a bill and she kept giving me the run around. There are only a few staff members who go abound and beyond to help, this practice needs better communication and they need to worry more about patient care and less of covid

Rude staff. She is so afraid of covid she should retire. No follow up to tests. Staff lies and then laughs when called out on it.

The doctor and staff have always been professional and knowledgeable. The doctor listens and explains and is considerate of our needs.

I have been with Dr. Knapp for 30 + years and have had great treatment from her. I believe she stays up to date on current medical information and ALWAYS takes time to hear what I have to say. She and I manage my health. During this Covid night mare I still have been able to have my medical needs managed. Thank you Dr. Knapp for taking such good care of me.

She may be a good doctor. I may simply never know because no appointments seem to be available. I've called 3 times in 3 weeks and each time they have promised to review my chart and call me back. No call backs, no appointment, and they won't give me a script to see a specialist without an appointment.

So I am going to need to agree with comments about front desk help. Just called to follow up on a call made two weeks ago about becoming a new patient and never heard back. Followed up and the lady was so rude. Front desk help has a lot to be desired and should think about customer service classes! Extremely disappointing on peoples behavior anymore!!!

I want to start of saying I never had a problem with any of the staff. Front desk even to the nurse practitioner that I saw on a Friday. That being said I had gotten an copper IUD placed and went to a visit after getting it placed. This being the first time I had actually met the doctor I was taken aback by her judgement and undertone of shaming. She told me she was shocked they would put one in me because it can often perforate the uterus, leaving women Barron (which I did some research on after and this is not nearly what she said that it was). After scaring me she proceeded to tell me that my IUD does not even stop fertilization, that it just makes the womb inhospitable and that was something I should have considered. At that point I was not hearing it because I knew this was simply false. A copper IUD kills sperm so that no fertilization happens. She simply responded that she hadn’t heard of that. But what truly made me realize that her judgement and shaming came from a place I should pay no mind to was because she said to me “ They don’t normally put those in women of child bearing years”............ a doctor said that to me. An IUD will only be placed in child bearing years, that is exactly when it would be placed. I look back now and wished I had said that her judgement and shaming won’t work on me and that she is making herself look silly. It took me a long time to write this but I think it should be said. A medical professional should leave their opinions at the door. I did not feel well taken care of and I left feeling ashamed and scared.
