Had my first visit with Yvette for my hands and elbow. She’s no nonsense (which I like), and she knows her stuff. Very impressed with Yvette. She explained everything in enough detail that I could understand, giving me future and current options for my issues. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

This was my first appointment with BSOS, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. I saw Yvette Short Nurse Practitioner at the St. Ignace Clinic. The front desk person was kind and helpful. The intake nurse made me feel comfortable, and prepared. Yvette was so informative; she explained everything as we went forward with the exam. And then explained in thorough detail what my options were. As well as any potential problems that might arise. All the while making me feel as though I was in knowledgeable and good hands for my healthcare.
