Very positive office visit, listened to my concerns, as well as developed a plan of action for my knee. I was impressed with the organized approach o joint replacement surgery, the joint education class, and the preplanning aspect of infection control.

I've had numerous surgeries, with Dr Wilcox, he is a very good surgeon, and very thorough. Would highly recommend him. Grading him on one appt is shallow to say anything unsatisfactory. You are recommending the Dr, not the facility. I say he is A+

I had surgery on my right shoulder and everything went the way Dr.Wilcox said it would. No surprises and I'm doing much better, earlier than I anticipated. Surgery went well and a good part of my range of motion has already returned. Would strongly recommend Dr.Wilcox and the Baystreet staff should you be in need of their services!

DO NOT EVER LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOU. He botched my Dad’s hip replacement, and then completely ditched him. Horrible doctor, and my Dad got a horrible infection from the surgery which has left him horribly disabled. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine or surgery.

Did not listen to patient and ignored a serious issue. Luckily I had a bad feeling about it and got another opinion and was told he was wrong and got it taken care of before serious damage was done. This man should not be practicing.

I had an appointment at 1:30. They took a guy back before me, whose apt. was at 2:00 and I think one other person, whose apt. was scheduled after mine. I was not taken back to the room until around 3:15 and sit in the room for 20-30 min. before the Dr. came in. I said, "You guys are really running late today and told him my apt. time. He said one of the patients talked a lot and went on to say, "You can't please everybody." My time with the Dr. was around five minutes total. I walked out of the office around 5 minutes until 4:00. This was my first time at this place. I am not interested in going back.
