I went in 100% blind to everything prior to my procedure. Had no idea how long it would take, if I needed a driver, where the office even was or what to expect afterwards. The only thing I knew going into this was that I had to prepay 1 week before the operation and they told me that exactly seven days prior to my appointment. Waited in a freezing cold room naked for 1 hour and 15 minutes before he came in. Surgery itself- worst experience ever, hands down! He started cutting and pinching parts before any novacaine was in affect. Major discomfort before, during and after. It's been one week and things aren't even close to comfortable and it was only supposed to take five days. No part of this was good AT ALL!!

Dr. Topley is a true professional with great bedside manners. He is thorough and precise with both his communication and performance of surgical procedures. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to call the office if I needed anything after my procedure. Thank you!

Dr. Howard Topley is Physician to my husband. My husband had High Grade Ureter Cancer. Dr. Topley removed his Kidney. He has excellent bedside manner. He took a lot of time to explain everything to us before Surgery. After Surgery-and at all appointments afterwards we found him very thorough. Always explaining each Diagnosis. We believe he is a wonderful Physician and would recommend him to others without hesitation. Kathleen Bonnell

Dr Topley provides quality care and tells you the truth. He saved my life in my opinion. My PSA numbers were never bad but he made sure that after examining me that further testing should be done. Cancer was found and found before it had migrated anywhere else. I was given the best available treatment and now seven years later i am still cancer free. I would recommend him or any of his colleagues to anyone without hesitation.

He did great. He doesn't talk to you well, but his quality of work is great. I felt the need to give a good review after seeing the bad oness. He's a good doctor, just a little socially awkward.
