I had a consult with Dr. Koo. He was very thorough with answering all my questions, he explained the hip procedure. He gave me all the time I needed and I left his office feeling very satisffied that I have found my future hip replacent.

Dr Koo saved my Dad’s life life. I can’t say enough good things about him - he is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, great team for follow up care and makes himself accessible. A gentle bedside manner and confident in his craft without being arrogant or rude. My Dad was hallucinating due to severe infection and Dr Koo answered all of our questions and was patient with my Dad during his recovery, answering the same Q in different ways, to ensure we all understood. We met Dr Koo because of a medical emergency and me Dad felt so supported by Dr.Koo that he has chosen him to perform his next knee replacement. Thank you Dr Koo & Team ♥️🙏

I first met Dr. Koo in the emergency room department over a year ago after an urgent MRI showed that I had a tumor pressing on my spinal cord which would explain why I couldn't walk. Dr. Koo didn't waste any time in taking me to the operating room that same night and taking out the tumor. He was caring and took the time to answer my questions and also explaining what was going on to my family. I was very fortunate to have met Dr. Koo and after a year of fight with chemo and radiation, I am back living a normal live. Many thanks to Dr. Koo and the entire oncology department at Markham. My family and I are forever in your debt.

It's 6 years now since I had an operation for spinal stenosis, I'm now 88yrs old , I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin Koo , I no longer have pain ,and able to walk for an 1/2 hr every day . He such a gentle & compasion person . Thank you Dr Koo

Guess I can say I am a lucky spinal cord injury survivor. It has been a hard year of rehabilitation after Dr. Koo fixed my neck after a freak accident. I owe everything to Dr. Koo, Markham Stouffville Hospital and Lyndhurst center staff for my entire recovery. From being nearly paralyzed and stuck in bed, Dr. Koo took me into the operating room immediately and into rehab after. I am now a year out and have made near full recovery. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Even though I was disappointed to hear that surgery was not in the cards for me, I was very glad to have met this doctor. He is the first person to fully explain my ailment and described alternative treatment I can pursue. Very caring person that took his time. I would recommend!

Dr. Koo performed a L2-L3-L4 spinal decompression and spinal fusion to address my stenosis condition that I had been trying to manage for over 20 years. For the first time in as many years, I can get out of bed, shower, walk and perform all normal duties with little or no pain. In just six weeks after the procedure, I am able to walk 10-12 pain-free kilometers each day. This morning I was given the green light to resume all activities with NO restrictions! I cannot thank Dr. Koo and his team enough. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable and simple amazing at what they do! I highly recommend Dr. Koo for his insight, and ability to perform this surgery and thank him sincerely for giving me the ability to relieve me of the intense pain I had been living with for so many years. I met Dr. Koo after falling off my bed standing cleaning a light fixture. He was so nice and explained everything about my fracture . I feel that for the first time in a long time I am on the right track.

I had a back pain almost a month I visited 2 times MSH they gave me pain medication. finally the 3rd time I went and said to the doctor I can't take then he test my urine and CT. he said something wrong with spinal . Admited in the Hospital with in five days Dr Koo did the the Surgery he removed the tumor. I am fine now Thanks Doctor. With in short time you did a very good job .
