Our whole family has been going to Imlay City Family Practice for about 10 years + now. Dr. Laura Zelenak is wonderful along with her entire staff! they treat you like a real person not a number! They are like family!

This office interviews patients on phone also Insinuated they called my current doctor's office and they gave my personal information to the receptionist which didn't happen. Were ruid. I was looking for a local doctor and my current one lives an hour away but still love current doctor. She asked for a list of all my meds before it struck me odd. A doctors office that only takes patients that are healthy?????? Worse experience ever

The worst experience ever. Made me cry when I left my appt. Sent me a certified letter that I was not a likely candidate for her office really. And no I dont have Medicare I have insurance.

I have been seeing dr zelenak for about7 yrs. Her staff is always friendly. Appointment are easy to get especially when you are sick She takes her time to answer all questions as dose her staff. I give her practice a A+

I saw Susan Router P.A. For a few appointments for myself and my daughter, she was very patient and kind. She answered all of my questions and everyone else in the office was wonderful. Thankful for a great physicians office so close to home!

Was very helpful and easy to communicate with when she saw my mother and I for the first time. We will continue to use her as mom's PCP.

I've only seen the nurse practitioner Michelle so far. I like her a lot, but the wait is just ridiculous. The staff isn't very friendly, either. I wasn't greeted upon arrival, just notified I had paperwork to fill out. One time I stood waiting for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation to ask a question, and she acted like I wasn't there. Office is very clean. You have to go there every month to fill certain prescriptions. I didn't have such a problem the first visit or two, now I do.
