Timothy O'Neill DO in Clarkston listens well and is knowledgeable. Appointments and phone staff is terrible. O'Neill's follow-up is non-existent. Patient diagnosed with internal bleeding and low blood count, blood count not rechecked, fast forward six months patient in hospital twice with low blood count, needed blood, bleed finally found.

I had an appointment with him at 10:00 am I arrived at 9:30 I got in the room at 9;56 I sat in the room for 1 hour and 15 minutes really that is terrible I’m a new patient I went to the desk and said something but they said to sit in the room finally I left and hour and a half sitting in a room I told them what happened but they didn’t care it took me over 2 months to make this appointment great job oneil

Dr Oneill is outstanding! He was able to diagnose my condition as cluster headaches and I was finally able to get some relief with oxygen treatments. He helped me get perscibed oxygen for home. Thank you so much Dr O'Neill you are truly a blessing.

Dr. Timothy O'Neill is an outstanding doctor. My wife, mother in law and I all see Dr. O'Neill and he takes the time to go over our records thoroughly and answers all our questions. Very caring and just great to deal with. He is definitely a wonderful doctor that truly cares about his patients.
