I saw Dr. Gencheff recently and was once again very pleased with my visit. Here is a Dr. that listens to your questions and explains the answer thoroughly. He takes his time and treats you with the highest respect. He's a very busy Dr. but makes it seem like you are his top priority. My husband and I have nothing but respect for Dr. Gencheff.

He was very rude when he first walked in the room. Treated the patient as if he were a child. Didnt answer any questions politely. Acted like us being there was an inconvenience to him. His appearance left us wondering if he had slept in his car and come in afterwords. Will never see him again.

I have been seeing Dr. Gencheff for over 15 years. I have complete confidence in him. He has done 4 heart caths, and has placed stents 2 times. I have received excellent care from him, all of the staff involved with him and the hospital. He is very knowledgeable, polite, through, and a man of high qualities. I would recommend him and will use his services as long as I can.

No complaints with one and only Dr.s visit. Visit with PA waste of time. Some staff cannot handle polite, friendly contact over the telephone. Get blown off: "talk to your own Doctor...the results are not seen yet...the Doctor sent you a letter last week on the results...I can read you the whole letter or (if you ask questions) just the summary!"
