My experience with this doctor is excellent. Also, since the arrival of his new Physician's Assistant, Erik, communication is excellent and quick. The doctor himself is thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable. You really could not ask for a better experience than this practice. I have also not had the problem getting appointments that others spoke about .

Started seeing Dr. Gaffney in 2000, for Dystonia. He was wonderful! He injected 300mcg BOTOX every three months, in my face, and neck, to help manage the spasms caused by Dystonia. Dr. Gaffney helped me be myself - not Dystonia! Before going to Dr. Gaffney, I felt like Dystonia ruled my life. I moved to Utah in November, 2016, so it is not in my budget to be able to fly to Ithaca, NY for my BOTOX injections! I highly recommend Dr. Gaffney!!

Dr Gaffney is a knowledgeable doctor. However, the way the practice is run makes contact difficult. Returning calls is hit-or-miss. If you need help between appointments, it's very challenging to get questions answered. Frustration is more common than satisfaction.

Dr Gaffney seemed very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why he was ordering particular tests and how they would help confirm his diagnosis. My only complaint was that it took over two months to get that first appointment with him.
