I absolutely love having Dr.Smith as my health provider. I wish I could say the same for Nicole who works at the front desk. I had a special situation to see Dr.Smith. When I went to check in, Nicole told me I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t have an appointment. I tried to explain that I had already called in there and talked to another person that works at the front desk. She continued with a demeaning tone and repeated that I can’t see him without an appointment. The lady I spoke to told her that she had it approved for me to be seen. Nicole took it upon herself to yell to the other lady my condition. Braking HIPPA rules by letting anyone in ear shot of the lobby know my condition. She then goes to tell me that she will let me see him this time, but in the future. I was in tears and embarrassed over the whole situation.

Dr. Smith is a phenomenal doctor with a comforting personality. I am so glad I am able to have him for primary care.

Over the course of 5 years missed two major diagnosis causing me to never be able to have biological children. Could have easily been prevented if he actually looked at the blood tests ordered. Never once properly treated any of my other conditions. Literally has never successfully done his job as my doctor. Now they run 2+ hours past appointment time. And won't see you if you have a $1 balance no matter how dire.

Do not go to this doctor. All he cares about is money and knows that the staff will mess up appointments but you will get penalized for it

I have never had a bad visit with Dr Smith he always listen to me and then we plan for what wrong and what we are going to do, be it a specialty or test. He the best Doctor I have had, I have gave his name to many people.
