When I first showed up. Woman at front desk walked away leaving me in vestibule. Call ringer had no effect. Had to attempt to open door to set off alarm to get staff to let me in.Management has done everything to keep my in-law trapped here . (Greed, maybe).The room patient is in now as I’m writing has no call button. It has a round ringer that you’d find at a mechanics front desk.That’s to notify staff if patient has any problems.Patient is currently at end of long hallway far from nursing station.Interior of facility looks old, outdated. I see signs of floor not being swept in days.Items missing from patients belongings.I would never EVER want to be placed at this facility.

My sister had bug bites from her fingers to her back.there were more bites than skin.Room was filthy,horrible conditions

If you have a choice, don’t go here. My short time here I observed these things. 1 Staff is rude and unhappy, also they are overworked since this place can’t keep people. 2 Resident call lights go unanswered longer then they should. 3 Staff have weed breaks in car. I am not sure how this is a 5 star facility, they must fake it when the right people are around.

VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF, not a smile or kind word from ANYONE. They acted like it was a chore just to be there. I feel very sorry for anyone that has to stay at that place.
