From the first appointment for consultation, all the way through cataract surgery on both eyes and follow-up, I had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. Chames and his staff. His staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very caring and attentive in the way he answered all my questions. Great bedside manner on surgery days. Very thorough in follow-up. All appointment times kept, with little to no waiting. If you need this type of eye care in Jackson, this is the place to go.

This business is very judgemental! They base quality of service on your economic and employment status. The clerical staff is extremely rude an completely uneducated. It's amazing they are still in business with all the negative reviews.
