Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Your comfort seems to be their priority. And part of that is explaining your condition in ways that you can understand. My experience included misreading my appointment time and arriving an hour early. I was embarrassed as I turned away saying, "I'll see you in an hour". They're like, Hold on. You're here now. And I'll sum it up with I was in a room with a doctor within 5 minutes.

Easy to get to with a fast efficient check in and awesome staff. There is plenty of parking. The waiting area is comfortable and not usually jam packed.i find it easier to use than going to the hospital one.

MyChart took me to the wrong place...but when I got here, everyone was so great! I've been here before for myself and today I brought my grandmother here. The ladies out front- Courtney and Holly -are kind and helpful and helped me feel at ease, even just as a guest.

HIGHLY recommend. I've been here multiple times for various tests. When I'm given the option, I always choose this location. The first reason is the staff - extremely efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. The second reason is the facility itself - state of the art equipment, well designed for maximum efficiency and a very calm, comfortable environment. Before you even enter the main facility you are greeted and asked if you're there for an appointment at which point you're given a little Gizmo that buzzes and tells you which Booth to go to and when you should go to a different area where you are immediately greeted by the staff member who then takes you to a changing room... Plenty of easy parking through an entrance on Walnut Street. Bonus: you're right across the street from the fabulous Park & Walnut Cafe so you can pick up a beverage or a bite to eat before or after your appointment.

Hello! My appt today was at 10:45 am and my arrival time for 10:15 am scheduled MRI. I walk in through the double doors. I see a sign that says take a pager. I see a computer that tells me on the screen to scan the barcode of the pager and have a seat. Before I have time to sit down the pager goes off and tells to proceed to number 2 registration. The lady was very nice, handed me some paperwork to fill out, and asked me to have a seat and someone would call me soon to hall B. As soon as I filled out the paperwork Lynne W. called me for my MRI. Lynne W. was the most caring, knowledgeable, and thorough representative that I've ever encountered at a facility! This place is ran very well! Thank you Lynne!

DO NOT GET SURGERY! My life is ruined because of these "doctors". I am having constant angina chest pain from a "minimally invasive procedure". Unless you like gambling with your quality of life, avoid this place and avoid surgery. I will never be the same again, thanks for ruining my life Dominic Scola.
