Everyone is so nice!!! The whole Pediatric team is amazing!

My daughter was admitted for seizures a few weeks ago and the staff, nurses and Drs. were AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for us!

The surgeon did a great job. The facility is great as well. Most of the nurses were attentive. Overall I can't say too much negative about the Children's Hospital. Where I see room for improvement.... I was kind of surprised I had to be the one to actually call Bronson tech support to get her iPad connected to the internet. It seems like a nurse should have been able to take the 2 minutes it took for me to connect her device. Kids love their screen time these days and this should be a no brainer that a child wants internet access. It seems like it would actually create less work for the nurses. There was another incident where my daughter was trying to reach out for a nurse to use the bathroom and was getting no response. She wasn't told she wasn't unhooked from her IV and I was glad I showed up when I did to take her to the restroom. One of the nurses allowed her to eat junk food and didn't give her a mandatory walk. As you would expect in any place, some nurses take their position more seriously, and have more compassion for their patients than others do.

I spent almost a year in this place from the time I was on bed rest , and 11 months due to my daughter being born 1 pound 2.9 ounces . This hospital has really changed me and it has really helped me . I want to thank all of the staff all the way from the DOCTORS keeping me pregnant and giving me hope that my baby would live even though there were high chances she wouldn't. I would like to thank the nurses for always going out there way to make sure me and my daughter Akyla was always taken care of. MOSTLY i would like to give a special thanks to DR SHER, CASE MANAGER ANGIE AND SOCIAL WORKER DENISE and my daughters second mom's , RN ERICA, AND RN ROBIN, ALSO RN CINDY, they always went ABOVE AND BEYOND I wish I could give them the world for looking for my babygirl and caring for her as if she was their own. I could name the whole care team over in THE NICU , but I'm more familiar with faces, We were discharged and they still keep in touch to make sure we're okay . I love the staff here at Bronson and if it wasn't for Bronson I would not have a healthy and growing baby. It's like I planted a seed and they grew it . I LOVE Y'ALL SO MUCH and I hope this review makes it to the staff ❤❤❤❤❤😢

I had my youngest son here and they were amazing. The hospital was amazing. We had a huge room all to ourselfs. He spent the first 24 hrs in the nicu and they were amazing there as well. Thank you

We are for our daughter. She got sick shortly after birth. She was rushed here from Battle Creek, cause they have an awesome NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) here. They were able to find out she as RSV and has 2 holes in her heart. Thank God we were here.

Good place for families to take and care for babies😃😃

My son was in the nicu at Bronson for 2 weeks after being born. They were great for the most part.

Kristen H is not only an amazing peds nurse but she is a asset to Bronson! Not only is she a truly amazing RN she's a amazing person. Without her on the peds team Mally's stay in the PICU wouldn't have been the same. She took her time, explained and answered any and all questions we had. Thank you Bronson for hiring such amazing Nurses!
