My son went in for a migraine got told to go to the e.r that they don't have actual doctors and they only do physical's. They are rude and it's a waste of time going here

The desk staff turned away my wife when she asked for physical check after being rear ended. She was directed to the ER. After 6 hours waiting, the ER doctor clears her after a physical check that he confirmed should have been within the scope of the fast care offices. Not sure how the women at the desk came to the medical conclusion that my wife needed advanced imaging by simply looking at her. "We only handle colds or rashes" Their words not mine

The nurses working here are amazing. Professional, calm, and and very gentle. Best of all they got right to taking care of my injury and didn't judge me because how I managed to injure myself. 10/10 would recommend.

Nurses and receptionist are friendly and didn’t have a problem getting in. Doctor spent a few quick minutes with me and checked me out as I was describing my symptoms. They prescribed a medication that isn’t typically the first line of treatment for my issue. I even saw some notes in my chart after visit summary that were not discussed. I ended up having to see my PCP the next day to ensure I wasn’t overlooked and didn’t have an infection. I felt more confident in my PCP diagnosis, discussion and treatment plan.

Front staff asked if I needed a translator upon entering the office, after I'd already said hi and how are you - and I don't have an accent either. PA documented a whole physical exam when she didn't touch me, asked me no questions about my symptoms, and spent 30 seconds with me. My symptoms didn't get better and I came back four days later, and the next PA insisted that the back pain I was experiencing was somehow just rib pain. Absolutely incompetent liars who don't know their head from their ass and are just here to collect a paycheck.
