This is the worst hospital I have ever been to! I was brought in by ambulance with agonizing abdominal pain, which later turned out to be colitis, and I never seen the doctor or even given anything for the pain. One of the nurses flat out ignored me when I was trying to get her attention. Everyone working there was rude and apathetic. Everyone working in urgent care that night should be fired. If you are in a life-threatening emergency, don't come here, you might not live.

I saw them in Dec for my asthma and got a script for an inhaler. There was a mixup with the insurance to cover the inhaler and Micki was kind enough to call the pharmacy and straighten out the details that the insurance people and pharmacy workers couldn’t figure out after I let her know what was going on. Thanks you Micki!

Ordinarily have a good experience, but the website is allowing people to make appointments even though the office is closed. Five different groups have shown up after having made an appointment online. We didn't know it was closed until we called.

Was 4 in line and still took 2 hours and apparently they take appointments that Trump everyone waiting definitely not a walkin clinic and definitely not fast

Upon arrival at 2:20 doors were closed and locked saying return at 2:50. When accessing website and scrolling past hours of operation, it indicated that registration is closed for lunch and times may vary.

Told the receptionist when I checked in that I was having throat pain and heartburn, then waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen only to be told that they cannot do anything for heartburn or throat pain. Absolute waste of my time.

After my visit on October 19th, I developed very painful chest pains. I called the office back three times. No one ever responded. Today's date: October 27th. Even worse was the attitudes of the receptionist. Unfriendly and unprofessional would be an understatement. I will most definitely be contacting the administration.

I am a patient looking to find a Primary care office, and I called this clinic to see if they take my insurances network and the lady on the phone was incredibly unknowledgeable, so much so that I let out an appalled laugh when she expected me to take 'i don't know' as an answer. She has the audacity to ask me "I'm sorry is there something that is funny?" To which I kindly replied that I am just shocked at her, proceeded to tell her I appreciate her help (or lack thereof) and to have a nice day before hanging up. She definitely sounded like she needed to take a deep breath, I wish I remembered her name but that was the least of my concerns. But yeah this was shocking because it just set the tone for this whole clinic.
