Far and away the most callous and unempathetic hospital I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. The staff legitimately doesn't seem to care what happens to patients so long as they can be sifted through or kicked out the door with as little care or treatment as possible. Had to drive 4 hours to my old hospital in Terre Haute, IN for an emergency surgery despite extensive, 10+ year records which the staff seemingly refuse to take into consideration or even acknowledged. In the past 48 hours I've been gaslit and all but accused of faking/exaggerating my condition by members of their staff, and I do not believe they are capable of providing adequate, long-term care for patients.

I came in at like 12 for abdominal pain (possibly appendicitis, never was seen) and wait for three hours. I just want an mri so I could get some answers to what’s going on in my body. People that have gotten there before me have been waiting 6+ hours. Also, the fact that you all let COVID positive patients sit right next to negative patients (that are pregnant) is absolutely ridiculous. I’d save your time and go somewhere else if you have abdominal problems, you’ll always be a last priority to them.

I have gone to Bronson for years and have always been satisfied with the care from doctors and nurses and other staff. I go to the infusion center routinely for infusion treatments. The nursing staff is awesome

You tell someone that they can visit an individual on the east pavilion (by 3 different people) and you get to the unit to be told you can’t see them. But get told you can look at them thru the jasper st. Window in the parking lot. You have no clue how an adhd, bipolar person has to handle something like that knowing there parent might die!! Patient relations closes at 4:30pm so everything will be forwarded to my attorney.

The most heartless and careless facility. Treated my mom like garbage, made her suffer until she died.Not only did they refuse family to be with her but complained when we called for updates. They also lost or someone stole her wedding band. Absolutely disgusting!!

Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctors and nurses The whole time on the 4 floor was great to me and my son yall wentabove and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. Appreciate Bronson team
