Needed a prescription they miswrote corrected, which wasn't noticed until I needed a refill. FIVE DAYS LATER, after sending messages on MyChart like they tell you to, it finally got done. Now I've been waiting five days again with zero communication for my BP meds! The Docs here are great, but I've never seen more indifference from medical staff in my life!

I followed my son's Ped from Borgess to Bronson and have always been happy and satisfied. She listens to my concerns and has always taken things seriously

I love the women up front when they do their job. I also love the doctor I have he's a very good doctor! I love you guys!!!

I showed up on time for my appointment today (10-24-2022). I checked in with the receptionist who was pleasant. Then I proceeded to wait for 50 minutes with no communication about why things were running late or why I wasn't being seen or acknowledged. Even though I've been a patient there since they opened, I felt invisible, so I left. If you have any choice, don't choose this "business." Of course, they expect patients to be there on time, and even though we or our insurance companies pay them exorbitant amounts of money, they don't bother to be on time for us. Bronson has had it backwards for a few years now: no matter what location I been to. In fact, this has been three extremely negative experiences in a row that I've had with Bronson. I think it's time for the AMA to get involved or to get much more stringent with Bronson's accreditation process. I know they'll claim they're short staffed, but so is everyone, and I haven't these problems with everyone.

Very nice building. Very nice employees, NP, and medical assistant. I felt very comfortable there and the friendliness is amazing. Was able to get in quickly and seen quickly.The reason I knocked a star is that they aren’t organized. I let the front desk know I was new to the state and I never got the medical request forms. I being overwhelmed didn’t think about it. I had the MA going through my med history and somehow got off track. Honestly for a new visit, it wasn’t thorough. Important questions weren’t asked, it was lacking in the care department. I went to a weight loss clinic and the dr there was extremely thorough. But this visit wasn’t it. Didn’t go through my health issues. Only talked about one thing and that’s it.

Clean and kiet. I like that. I thout that they would have a parking problem but no they had plenty of space. I recently switched from borgess.
