From platinum blonde to dark brown Jessica has been my trusted stylist through it all, she not only is the absolute best hairstylist I've ever had but such an amazing person as well, she goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and is super dependable! As long as I am living in central Oregon I will never see anyone else for my hair needs

I would highly recommend using a different stylist that is more dependable. I contacted Jessica on the 3rd of May. Scheduled and appointment for the 13th. The morning of my appointment she canceled on me. I understand things come up so rescheduled for the 26th. Again this morning, day of my appointment I get I text notification from her booking software that she had canceled my appointment again. So now that I've waited over a month for an appointment she sends me a message saying she can recommend me to another stylist. Highly disappointed in the customer service I have received, or honestly the lack thereof.
