More than 5 stars! Went with son for an urgent health issue. Dr. Gentry spent time to listen and put him on the road to recovery. Our family will be forever grateful! We're from out of town. This community is so blessed to have this facility in their area!

Worse care you could ask for in the ER section. All staff made you feel like you were an inconvenience, dirty, and any restroom you went into smelled of urine.

Horrible service. Requested a refill on a prescription, they said someone would talk to the doctor and call me back. I have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks and every time I'm told the same thing-that someone will call me back. Good thing it wasn't an emergency... this place is a joke!

I have no parathyroids so to keep calcium, magnesium and potassium regulated is a struggle on a good day. During my visit here to Michigan I got sick and needed help as I couldn’t keep anything down. ER Doctor had no clue what a para was and asked if I had been drinking my milk?? I asked for them to pull my idolize calcium to get the correct numbers and I got an eye roll and ignored. My reg calcium was a 7 which at 8.3 for me puts me into severe muscle cramps. I given one bag of calcium, never rechecked and the kicked out and refused anything more. This hospital is going to kill somebody!

I showed up around 11 pm with significant belly pain in lower left area. The check in lady, nurse, PA and X-ray tech were all very professional and thorough. Got a CT scan showing diverticulitis. They started the antibiotic and sent me on my way. Very impressed. Thank you guys!!!

Went to et this morning boyfriend had really bad nose bleeding since last night stop for a bit started back so I took him in they did nothing put a pack in one side and sent him home before we got home other side started bleeding they did no blood work or anything I just pray it stops soon and not serious
