New doctor the past two visits, both times I was able to hear the doctor and nurses talking bad about my reason for coming in when no other customers were in the office. New doctor also does not seem to want to engage in either visit for information in blood panels and rash on my toe.

Dr. Marcotte was my doctor growing up and now he’s my 4 year olds daughter. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to care for my daughters health. Everyone there is very friendly and they do whatever they can to help you and your family!

So thankful for Dr. Marcotte and his team. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative from the start. They truly love kids. They also got us right in when I had concerns, he believed my instincts and took time to fully assess our son, and then prescribed a helpful medicine that ended up helping us get our baby through the infant version of COVID. My kids have been seeing Dr. Marcotte since 2018, when we arrived to Michigan. I jusI can tell they love him and they love the place too. It is really kid friendly, the staff are so kind and sweet, and they are always ready to help you, in any way they can. Dr. Marcotte always cares about his patients, and explains down to the smallest detail to parents, so they can feel comfortable and safe as they children do. I only have good words and thoughts for him and all the staff.

I called this office because i was considering switching pediatricians. The office manager Trinh asked me my name and the name of my current pediatrician and when i told her she said she is a great pediatrician and i should stay with her and basically refused to allow me to go to Dr Marcotte. Then the next day when i was at my current pediatrician, the one i wanted to switch from, my pediatrician confronted me and said she heard i had called another doctor's office to switch providers and asked if i had a problem with her as a doctor. After my appointment, I then called Dr Marcotte's office and told Trinh how unprofessional it was for her to call my pediatrician and tell her i was thinking of switching providers. I told her there is such a thing as patient privacy.

My girls have seen Dr Marcotte for over 15 years now! We love him and his staff. Love that know their patients and not just treated like some stranger

We've always been pleased with Dr. Marcotte, and his nurses. They seem to genuinely care, answer questions and are always curtious. My only compliant would be with Trinh. As soon as you enter the building you get drilled with personal and irrelevant questions about where my children's father works now, is he involved, how she never sees him, etc. questions that have nothing to do with my children and frankly are non of her business... It's rather annoying.

We love Dr. Marcotte! Dr. Marcotte is very through and always so informative. The entire staff is always so friendly and willing to fit us in. The office is very clean and decorated so cute.
